Sturdy Bed Lock Bracket to Widen Beds

Bed lock brackets are used to widen wooden beds which use a double hook bed rail fastener like our 5997K. Bed lock brackets bolt to head boards and foot boards extending the width of the bed 3" on each side. You will need to determine the length of your side rails: if side rails are not long enough they will need to be replaced or lengthened by a cabinetmaker.

  • One bed lock bracket set widens one bed. ( 5997K Rail hook fasteners sold separately).
