Chair Cane Materials

Chair cane is used to hand weave cane seat chairs that have holes drilled around the perimeter. Chair cane materials for cane seats come in 1000' hanks with long select lengths. One 1000' hank of chair cane is sufficient to hand weave approximately 3-4 average cane seat chairs. Approximately 16' of binding cane, to finish the outer edge, is included with each hank of chair cane.

    Binding Chair Cane

    Chair cane binding is used to finish off the edge of hand woven cane seat chairs that have holes around the perimeter. Larger chair cane binding can also be used on porch furniture or to wrap legs of wicker furniture.
