Glass Mercury reflector produces a larger and brighter light by reflecting light produced from the lamp burner. Mercury reflector is a replica of old oil lamp reflectors, however it does not contain mercury. To use a glass Mercury reflector, the wall lamp bracket must have a top loop to hold the nut and reflector. Reflector nut #9353 to hold wall bracket Mercury reflector is sold separately.
