Nickel Socket with Gallery
Nickel Lamp Socket with GalleryNickel plated lamp sockets with gallery adapters are used in restoring small glass buffet and dressing table lamps. Push thru nickel sockets were often used on small clear glass lamps with grape designed shades and prisms. Nickel plated gallery slides down and rests on the top ridge of standard lamp socket shells. Decorative gallery adapters hold 1-5/8" fitter glass lamp shades similar to Paxton frosted grape fixture shade #1853. Other restoration items for these lamps ( silver cords, glass prisms, and shades) are also available on our web site. Gallery not sold separately.
Before making any changes to electrical fixtures and lamps: Disconnect plug/wire from the electrical source. Turning lamp off will not protect you from electric shock. If you are unsure how to safely proceed contact a licensed electrician. |
