Air Shipments: Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day Air Shipments are welcome.
Shipping rates for air packages are based on actual UPS and USPS Air rates. Shipping charges for air packages can be expensive. To receive a shipping estimate, please provide your complete address, item numbers and quantities needed.
Foreign Shipments: Orders shipped outside the continental US will reflect rates based on the weight of the package. International Shipping Rates are frequently expensive. Please specify preferred carrier: UPS or USPS. Most packages are delivered within a reasonable time. However if the package is lost a claim will be filed with the carrier. The carrier is responsible for settling the claim once it has been filed. UPS can track your package and will resolve the claim fairly quickly. It can be difficult to track a package or settle a claim with the post office.
Shipping charges based on the weight of your package and your shipping address will be emailed to you once we receive your order. Please email us the shipping method you would like us to use. Your order will not be shipped until we receive your email response.
Quality: Touching and holding a fitting is often very different then pictures and descriptions. You will find our hardware comparable or better than their original counterparts. Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Simply return any item for any reason, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. We will replace the item, refund the cost of the merchandise, or give you a credit for future orders - which ever you prefer.
Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. A credit or refund of the purchase price for the returned item / items will be sent to you. We are sorry shipping / postage will not be refunded.
Availability/Stock : We try to keep every thing in stock but every now and then we are surprised and get caught short. In stock orders are shipped the same or next business day. Out of stock items are only back ordered at the customers request. We don't want you disappointed, if you are going to need large quantities please let us know ahead of time.
Prices: Items which look the same on paper/screen are often remarkably different in quality and appearance. Consequently prices often vary making it difficult to accurately compare prices. We have concentrated on providing quality at a realistic price.
Damaged Merchandise : Each item is hand packed to insure your satisfaction. Occasionally a package is damaged in transit. Please inspect your package - any damage must be noted on carrier’s receipt. If damaged, please keep original box and/or boxes, packing materials, and merchandise and call us immediately. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 15 days of receipt.
Back Orders: If an item is out of stock a projected ship date is provided, remainder of order is shipped immediately. Backordered item will be charged at time of shipment.
Returns must be made within 30 days for a merchandise refund, shipping charges are not refundable. Items must be returned to us in unused, saleable condition.
Returned Checks: are charged a $15.00 service fee.
Sales Tax: 6% for Maryland residents
