Pressed Cane
|
|
Pressed Sheet CanePressed sheet cane is prewoven chair cane used to repair cane seat chairs or other items that have a groove around the outer perimeter. Often refered to as pressed sheet cane, prewoven chair cane can be used on chair seats and backs, rockers, cabinet doors, canoe seats and more. Figure the size of prewoven pressed sheet cane by adding 1-1/2" - 2" to the width between the grooves. Pressed sheet cane has 1/2" open weave pattern.
Sold by linear foot, sizes over 1' may be purchased in 3" increments.
Measured from seam to seam, fringe edges not included in width measurement
use Reed spline, below, to hold chair cane securely in the outer groove sold seperately. |
