Occasionally a package is lost or damaged in transit
therefore we ask you to insure any item you return to us
as we can only refund or exchange items which have been returned in salable condition.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange any item you have obtained from Paxton Hardware within 60 days of receipt. Please include a note explaining your exchange with the items you are sending back. All items must be returned in their original salable condition. Shipping is the customers responsibility.
Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please return it within 60 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund. We will credit your original payment method. Items must be returned in their original salable condition.
