These Brass #2 Burners offer a convenient method for converting traditional oil lamps into electric lamps. Authentically reproduced, they closely resemble vintage burners with arrow-shaped chimney prongs and an embossed Queen Anne emblem. These oil lamp burners are a high quality. Each is expertly crafted of brass, They are electrified providing easy use in today's modern world.
Brass burners have relatively fine threads. As a result they are best matched with brass collars which also have finer threads. The threaded base is a common size fitting many antique glass oil lamps with a 1-3/16" collar opening.
Before making any changes to electrical fixtures and/or lamps:
- Disconnect plug/wire from the electrical source.
- Turning lamp off will not protect you from electric shock.

Thomas Moss When my wife bought a vintage oil lamp and said she wanted the burner replaced with electric I didn't know how I would retro-fit the burner to do that and then BAM you already did it. Isn't the inter-web great! Looks and works to perfection.
