Premium Antique Brass Lamp Sockets are skillfully made of heavy turned brass. The quality of these sockets is exceptional. Socket-parts screw together rather than snapping together like traditional sockets. Large turn knob switch matches socket. Excellent choice for restoration of floor and table lamps.
The socket body is made of heavy turned brass, ensuring exceptional durability and an enduring high-quality look. Its finish is darkened to achieve an aged appearance, making it an ideal option for vintage and antique lamps.
The UNO threads at light bulb-end of socket, allow a 1-1/4" threaded center ring to directly screw onto socket. While this socket is compatible with most bridge lamp shades, there may be an occasional incompatibility between shade and socket due to slight variations in threads.
Before making any changes to electrical fixtures and/or lamps:
- Disconnect plug/wire from the electrical source.
- Turning lamp off will not protect you from electric shock.
- If you are unsure how to safely proceed contact a licensed electrician.

Drew Johnson A great detail with these sockets is simply screwing off the top section to open up the wiring compartment, that's not the case with cheap sockets. The antique brass finish is really nice as well, it's heavy, well made, will last 50 plus years without a doubt. If your fixture is a good one your keeping for the long haul, go ahead and splurge and treat yourself to higher than usual quality.

Tularosa, New Mexico I've been waiting 17 years to finally fix my bridge lamp, and with no local lamp shops, I was getting a lot of conflicting advice on what I needed to be doing. The folks at Paxton Hardware helped immediately, and installation was pretty easy. It looks great!
